Generally, when people think of decorating for St. Patty’s Day, they only think clovers and leprechauns. This doesn’t have to be the case! There are sooo many great crafting ideas – using anything green – that can be done. For today, we will stay with the “spirit” of the holiday and share with you this beautifully wrapped wine bottle. It’s super simple and adds a nice touch—for this holiday or any other. Once you are done with the wine, rinse out the bottle and use it as a vase year-round!
Start by wrapping bright green yarn or embroidery floss around the neck of the bottle, securing the loose end underneath the yarn as you go. End your wrapping an inch or so from the bottom of the bottle; secure with a dab of hot glue. Use a green ribbon to tie on a seasonal tag.
