If you, like me, have ever had trouble selecting the best type of greens for your salad (iceberg? spinach? arugula? kale? some kind of mix?), then you probably also share my anxiety over choosing the best yarn for a project. What might seem like a trivial decision can have major effects on your finished product. I mean, there’s wool, cotton, linen, polyester—even alpaca! The list goes on, unlike the extent of my wisdom on the subject. Luckily there are others out there far more knowledgeable than I. (I’m still searching for a comprehensive salad decision making guide, FYI.)
